3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms & Conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Lead Quality and Replacement Policy

No Guarantee of Lead AccuracyWhile we strive to provide quality Leads, we do not warrant or guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or validity.Situations Eligible for Lead ReplacementEntirely Fake Information: If the provided Lead is determined to be entirely fabricated (e.g., false name, false beneficiary, and no valid contact details).Leads in Unlicensed States: If you receive a Lead that is located in a state in which you are not licensed to offer services.Ineligible SituationsDisconnected Numbers: A phone number that is not in service, by itself, does not qualify for a replacement.Partial Inaccuracies: Minor discrepancies or partial inaccuracies (e.g., wrong email but correct phone number) may not qualify for replacement.Discretionary EvaluationWe evaluate each replacement request on a case-by-case basis, and our determination is final.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and their content are owned by or licensed to the Company. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
